Starsuckers, Inc. (Nine Inch Nails) Easter Egg - Guest Star (Marilyn Manson)

At the beginning of the video, you see the lead-singer of NIN with a women in the back of a limousine.

At the end of the video the screen flashes in the back of the limousine and you can see Marilyn Manson with the lead-singer.

I will also feel free... Trent is an only child. And you know, so is Marilyn. The reason for the different people in the limosine, well, that goes to the meaning of the song... and the director... If you listen to the song, then you realized that he is talking about Manson and Courtney Love, who he thought were asskissers... During recording he reconsiled with Manson(who directed the video...)This signified the change in feelings... Also the real egg with the video, look at the director name in the beginning... now look at the end... The first name is differnt than the last(Manson) also signifigant...

well, just look at the credits... mister Manson was the director... and in the part when trent is knocking down the statues, there's Billy Corgan, Marilyn Manson and Trent himself... NINE INCH NAILS IS TRENT REZNOR... TRENT REZNOR IS GOD

I just wanted to correct here - that woman in the back of the limo IS Marilyn Manson in drag. By the end of the video he is taking off his wig and whatnot so you get a better look at him.

Actually, Trent and Manson keep making friends then busting up again...the star-f***ers inc. song was originally meant as a dig at Manson and in return Manson slagged off Trent in one of his (i forget which, possibly the beautiful people? and one or both of them slate Courtney love too...i'm getting confused)

Did anyone EVER think that Marilyn had so much to do with Trent because Marilyn is signed on under Trents record company called 'Nothing' Which is why you will find on every single cd of NIN the word 'Nothing' for no aparent reason, as well as on Marilyn's. And the Halo thing is just a way to keep track of the different cd's he has.

First off, anyone who says "NIN" instead of Nine Inch Nails and also says "Trent is God" is a poser. Secondly, it makes sense that Marilyn Manson would be in the video, seeing that Manson used to play guitar for Nine Inch Nails in the 80's. I have a studio recording and I saw a guy on guitar with long black hair and a pierced eyebrow i think it is, and my brother said "That's Marilyn Manson before he got all freaky". Oh, and if you ever meet Trent, never say he is God. That might insult him...

Unfortunately, I have never seen the clip. You see, Australia is so f***ed up when it comes to GOOD music eg Nine Inch Nails. I have only just REALLY got into it and I have a lot of catching up to do, so I'm not sure if I can really call myself a 'fan'. To that person (most likely a girl) that said TRENT IS GOD, that may have seemed like a compliment, but how do you think Trent would feel? HOWEVER, Manson...well that's a different story. HE does like to be refered to as 'god' or as some call him, 'Reverend Marilyn Manson'. But they are two very different people, so please try not to mix them up. That said, I have been a fan of Manson for years and I can't stand people saying 'how can you like Marilyn Manson and NIN (yes, that's right, they say 'NIN')? It is so annoying! Love and peace, Amy
