1. Turn Gamecube Console on.
2. Hold Down the B Button during startup screen.
3. Wait until screen reads, for PAL Regions, "Will you like to switch to 60hz Mode?", and for NTSC consoles it should say, "Would you like to switch to 50hz mode?"
