1- goto www.easywireless.com
2- click on Retail site.
3- click on the "about us" tab
4- click on any empty space on the middle frame.
5- Now press the 'SHIFT' and '`'(TILDA) keys concurrently.
6- Voila !! A new vibrating window will appear showing the creator of the site.

There is no code or anything in the HTML page for doing this, and it does not work. Also, the page is a single frame, so there is no "middle frame".
