Show Me The Meaning of Being Lonely (Backstreet Boys) Easter Egg - Brian in the Bed

In the first 15-30 seconds of the video, you see Brian Littrel looking through the glass, at a person. That person is another Brian! I'm pretty sure it was a tribute to the doctors for saving his life when he had that heart surgery.

The meaning of Brian being in bed and watching himself is to show that he doesn't have friends and no one cares for him, so he is the only one who cared to visit symbolizing the meaning of being lonely.

The BS Boys were told to think of true events that were lonely and/or sad. Brian's was when he was in the hospital. Two of the Boys had to have a sad story made up for them, and Nick's part was modeled after a famous photo of James Dean. Ok, that's all I know about that. If you watch PopUp video, you'd learn a lot.

That is Brian looking at himself through the window. They did the thing they did with the "Lucky" video. My guess is that when they did the surgery, they gave Brian something to make him "sleep" while they did the surgery. He may have been sleeping in the video, and his dream was watching himself have the surgery.

Brian spirit watches himself die. All of the doctors come running in(cause there's a sudden serious problem, the problem was probably his heart stopped beating(Brian has a heart murmur)) and then he flat-lines/dies and they take off his breathing support mask(cause he's dead). Then Brian's spirit walks away and looks as if he's about to break into tears(because he just saw himself die).

I was told by someone that seeing yourself is a sign that you are going to die. So I think Brian was afraid he was going to pass away and that's why he was looking at himself. Also, when he walks through the door, doesn't his face look WHITE?? As if he's a ghost...I hope this isn't like one of those Beatles things. You know, like that picture with them walking across the street? Well anyway, I thought that bit about seeing yourself was kind of weird so I wanted to say it..Peace

It's obvious that Brian had just died. The doctors come rushing in, and after they look at him for a second, they back off, like there's nothing else they can do.

Before surgery, Brian's biggest fear was that he would die and no one would be around.

WHATEVER to the comment before! His segment signifies that what would of happened if he didn't take care of his heart sugery, he would of died!! The video signifies what tragic losses they had, and they express that through this song, but remember, they been through it and grown up as people.
