Great Muppet Caper, The Easter Egg - That's Jim Henson!

Fast forward to the scene where the Muppets are in an elegant restaraunt (before the song).
They realize they don't have the money to pay for the expensive food and so Gonzo decides to take people's pictures.
Gonzo will talk to some guy and his lovely "wife". Later he will approach some people, yell "SMILE!", take their picture and charge ten bucks.
The bearded man on the right (your right, not his) is Jim Henson, creator of the Muppets.

That's not uncommon. Henson made many cameos in his Muppet films, including A Muppet Family Christmas.

In the same film, a man and his daughter pass Kermit on the park bench (she says it's a bear; he says "No, Christine that's a frog. Bears wear hats.") This is Muppet performer Jerry Robinson (I believe) and his daughter Christine.

Any person could reconize that it's Jim Hensen so what's the point in mentioning it.
