Rocko's Modern Life Easter Egg - Rocky References

In the episode titled "I Have No Son", the creator of The Fatheads, Ralph Bighead asks some of his assistants what they think of his work. Their comments?
"It's a credit to your genius."
"A triumph of your will."

doesn't the guy then glare at the person who said "it's ok" just like in the movie?

Another egg: In the Episode where Rocko, Heffer and Philbert were unpacking the big vacuum, the instuctions Rocko read were "an audio vibratory physio molecular something or other...", which ripped off of Dr. Scott's line in Rocky Horror that went "...It's some kind of audio vibratory physio molecular transport device!"

Does anyone here think that Rocko's name might be a reference to Rocky Horror?
