In the first part of the game, you can take the quest "Cloak & Daggers" by talking to an undercover cop disguised as a hooker.

1. One part of the quest requires you to check an illegal weapon shipment in Derelict Row Ballers territory.

2. Once you reach the weapons cache, look on the walls surrounding it. You should see a worn tag of a big green fish. This is none other than the famous Dopefish!

Dopefish is a widely known video game meme that has been referenced in many games. It's good to know that Dopefish still lives on.
