Once open, hold down the CTRL key
Select HELP --> ABOUT
Follow the White Rabbit.

With a mac, the user must hold down the "command" key. Also, what does "follow the white rabbit" mean? Is there anything you can do other than see this one splash screen? Thanks!

In addition to holding down the command key is don't go to "Help" - About Photoshop - go directly to the top panel "Photoshop" then scroll down to "About Photoshop." It's not located in the "Help" section of the top panel.
