Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Easter Egg - Sex Doll in "Salvage"

In the map "salvage," go inside the building in the picture and climb the stairs. Look at the beam on the ceiling and see a sex doll.

There is another one on Loose Ends (the one where shepherd betrays you) under the stairs which lead to the ground floor, it's very easy to miss.
