Halo 3 Easter Egg - The Cortana Letters

during one of the begging(and possible one of the last levels it might be mentioned again) cortana says she has seen the future. this is indeed a reference to the cortana letters sent out from bungie before halo 1: combat evolved was released. the cortana letters were meant to be a secret message informing players of a new game in development. the letters used many bible references and one from a poet, T.S Eliot. this is interesting because the cortana letters were written back in 1999.
