Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis Easter Egg - It's Max!

When You are in the hotel room in Monte Carlo(This works even when the Atlantis expert is not in the room):
1. Open the cabinet and get the flashlight.
2. Open the fuse box and pull the circuit breaker. (Turns out the lights)
3. Use the flashlight (before or without using the bedsheets)
4. Indy will make shadow puppets on the wall.
5. Pay attention to the figures on the wall. The last one is the rabbit (or rabbity thing) Max, of Sam and Max. Indy says it's Nur-Ab-Sal (He must be confused.)

It is Max alright, I am sure Indy wasn't confused between Max and Ner-Ab-Sal, he is just teasing Sophia. :)

Woah, that's a really cool piece of info about the game. Where did you find that out?

From what I hear Sam and/or Max are in every Lucasarts game, at least since Sam and Max Hit the Road was made. At the moment, I only remember that there is a hidden Max silver thing (normally it's the Rebellion logo) in Shadows of the Empire in the speeder level.

Also, you can find him in the lava room, right near the end of the game- the one where Indy has to go through a maze of doors and then jump over the slabs on the Lava. The picture is near the bottom, on a wall. He's hard to spot, though. Looks like Atlantean graffiti! Nur-ab-sal backwards? Wow, how did you find that one out?

This isn't an egg, it's part of the game. Those games always have lots of jokes that you don't necessarily need to see to finish the game, and this flashlight thing is just one of them. However, the Las Baren/Nur-Ab-Sal thing is much more interesting !

Max can also be found in "Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight"; it's after you get the lightsaber, then go through a lot of water canals and end up in a small village (I forget the name); there is a female npc walking the streets; follow her, she'll open a door, walk through it and there is Max, armed with two uzi's! :)
