Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Easter Egg - Abandoned Wheelchair on the Edge of a Jetty

Travel out to Red County to the Palamino Creek's side of Fisher's Lagoon. On the coast you will see a jetty heading out into the lake. Walk to the end of the jetty and you will see an old, rusty, abandoned wheelchair on the edge of the jetty, possibly left there by the occupant of the wheelchair who decided to take an eternal swim in the lagoon.

Possibly. A friend of mine told me that if you listen to a conversation between two pedestrians, occasionally they mention the abandoned wheelchair.
