1. on the first island,go to the show theater
2.go inside
3.go to the back
4.go inside a room with an arcade game and a computer,it looks like a shoe storing room
5.take out your sniper
6.look at the phone's caller ID reader(the blue glowing glass)
7.zoom in on it and it should become clear
maybe you guys can find out why its there
