Doctor Who (2008) - Map of Swansea Used for Torchwood Location
During the episode (at 34:00), where Harriet Jones (Former Prime Minister) transfers control of the Subwave Network to Torchwood, a map is displayed on the computer (presumably) of where the control is being transferred to.
This location is not Cardiff, but Swansea; the actual home town of Russell T. Davis (the Executive Producer and reviver of the series).
This series (or season) is Rusty's last, and this episode is part one of his last storyline.
