As mentioned in the other topic, at the start of the film, the license plate (IS5416) is a bible reference to Isaiah 54:16.

However, there are also other license plates in this film which are bible references. The car that Trinity, Morpheus and the Key Maker escape from the car park in, has the license plate DA203. Daniel 2:3 in the bible is:

"He said to them, 'I have had a dream that troubles me and I want to know what it means.'"

If you remember, this is what Neo thinks at the start of the film.

Also, the black SUV that the twins use to follow Trinity, Morpheus and the Key Maker has the license plate DE2852. Deuteronomy 28:52 in the bible is:

"They will lay siege to all the cities throughout your land until the high fortified walls in which you trust fall down. They will besiege all the cities throughout the land the Lord your God is giving you."

This is referring to the future of Zion and what the sentinels will do, I think.
