As I spoke to character "X" (so as not to lay any spoilers for those not yet to this point) during the mission "I'll Take Her..." I was looking behind him at the various signs. One of them denotes the officer rotation for the prison system - on the marquee are some humorous names:

Seymour Fany

Richard Head

Issac Hunt

- a fourth name I can't catch is in the emergency contact - - it looks like "Phil Moreys" but I can't tell -
