Metal Gear Solid Easter Egg - Naomi Wont Talk

Before the phsyco mantis boss fight, go into the womens toilets and call naomi (the save girl) and she will say "Oh hey snake...wait where are you? HOW DARE YOU GO INTO THE WOMENS BATHROOM! I WONT TALK TO YOU EVER AGAIN!" Which she wont, except for near the end of the game.
