Flashbacks show Claire before her baby was born, in a baby room with a crib and decorations, which is actually in the medical bunker on the Island. As Ethan is talking to her, he shows her the crib and mobile. If you look carefully, the pillow in the crib has Winnie the Pooh and Tigger on it, which is a reference to Disney, which produces Lost under the Touchstone label.
