My Name is Earl Easter Egg - Catalina's "Shout-out"

Here are a few Spanish Easter Eggs I found in My Name Is Earl. Learning Spanish really paid off!

1. From the episode "Barn Burner". Joy starts swearing at Joy in Spanish, or so the viewer would think. But actually what she says is "I want to thank the Latino audience that tunes in to watch the show every week. And to those of you who aren't Latino, I want to congratulate you for learning another language."
2. From "Number One". The same situation as above (cursing Joy out), but she says "With this, we conclude our first season of Earl! We're very appreciative for your company, and we hope to see you next fall!"
3. From "Robbed A Stoner Blind". In Catalina's cartoon, she says "This was going to be me taking my head off and dusting with it, but since animation is so expensive, you should just see me dance!"
4. From "The Trial", Catalina "yells" at Joy yet again, and says "Thanks for watching our show; we will miss you this summer. Doesn't it seem funny that Earl thinks I'm saying how much I hate Joy while in reality I'm saying how much I love you?"

These were obviously put in for the Spanish-speaking viewers, and because Catalina is Mexican. But I also think it has something to do with Greg Garcia (the creator) because seeing as he has a Hispanic last name, I'm guessing he might know Spanish.
