Dead Silence Easter Egg - Saw Puppet
fast foward to the part where the main charcter and the police man are in the old doll room while the camera is panning through the boxes in-front of the doll case there is the doll from the SAW movies sitting in the shadows its not that visible so keep your eyes open.

You can see the puppet from Saw. When the movie is in 1:13 and 48 seconds he is leaning on a pillar. It's better seen if you can use zoom on your dvd.
