After you have completed the mission where you kill Diaz and take his mansion on Prawn Island go inside the mansion from the main entrance and go up the stairs. The first picture to the right of the office is a picture of Diaz, however now there should be devil horns, a pair of glasses and a Hitler moustache drawn on his face.
