Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories Easter Egg - No Fun Allowed

At the fun fair near the Vice Point safehouse (where the Chunder Wheel is) there is a sign inside the customer entrance gates. It is an outline of what you are not allowed to do at the fair.

Zoom in with a sniper rifle or binoculars and it reads as follows: "No Roller Blading, Skate Boarding, Bicycle Riding, Fishing or Swimming, Fun at all.", the last of which I found particularly amusing.
