Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories Easter Egg - No Fun Allowed

At the fun fair near the Vice Point safehouse (where the Chunder Wheel is) there is a sign inside the customer entrance gates. It is an outline of what you are not allowed to do at the fair.

Zoom in with a sniper rifle or binoculars and it reads as follows: "No Roller Blading, Skate Boarding, Bicycle Riding, Fishing or Swimming, Fun at all.", the last of which I found particularly amusing.

There is also a sign just like that in Grand Theft Auto vice city too. On the first island go to the docks where cortez's yacht is. On the gate that is closed look at the sign with a sniper rifle. Its exactly the same.
