Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories Easter Egg - Stadium Sign

Like every other Grand Theft Auto game (at least since Grand Theft Auto 3), this game has easter eggs. One of them can be found near the giant stadium in the Downtown area. On a ledge on the side of the stadium opposite the helicopter, there is a small sign. Using either binoculars or a sniper rifle, read the sign for a message about easter eggs and a message of gratitude from the developers.

This eegg is actually in liberty city stories too. It says stuff like buy products and lists the rockstar website and something about porn. I couldn't catch it

As far as I can make out the sign reads: "Hyman Memorial Stadium. You are standing on USJ 005a, a fine new addition to our great city that isn't contrived at all. Have you found the 10 easter eggs? Rockstar Leeds would like to thank you for playing the game and letting us have a rockin' Christmas party.". There is more text to the right of the small picture of the stadium however it is illegible (in the PSP version at least). The 10 easter eggs that it mentions are hidden posters with smiling faces and numbers (from 1 to 10) that are scattered around the city.
