Hitman: Blood Money Easter Egg - Scrambled Eggs

I have four easter eggs here so listen up:

1)Join the Crew:
I can't remember much of it, but in the level with the fighting men in pants, you can join the fight, not get in trouble, and even be ushered away by the guards!

2)Claps in Boxers:
In the same level as Egg 1, if you stand opposite the couple in the shack and crouch down, you should hopefully see a small round button. Shoot it and the fighting men will come over and applaud you!

3)Top-Secret Casino(No Humans Allowed!):
In "Curtains Down", go to the basement and shoot the rats on the floor. When they are all dead, you will see a keycard on the table. Take it and use it to unlock the far door. Inside you will find some gambling vermin!

4)My Audience, My Victims:
All of the people in the audience at the main menu are in fact, future hits! After each level, at least one person will disappear from the menu, until, after "Requiem", the only thing left of the audience is a few pools of blood!
