In Politics from Season one, SG1 is in a meeting with Kinsey and Daniel is telling Kinsey that there is a threat from the Goauld. Kinsey tells him "Then I think they will regret taking on the United States military". At which point Daniel responds: "We'll just upload a computer virus into the mothership" which is a reference to the producer of the movie, Dean Devlin, who went on to write Independance Day.
