do not put money in it instead wait for the demo for the game starts playing. wait until the guy trys to suck you up, shoot at him and he will die.
you can now kill all the guys your self.
when you kill them all or you just wait a while the game says ERROR then corrects itself instantly.

This is actually a flaw in the game code. (At least with the Galaga & Ms. Pac-Man combined version.) Run through that trick on the combined game and after a few seconds (probably when it switches back to the Ms. Pac-Man attract mode) it crashes and resets. You even get to see the system check run! Bonus: Hold down one of the "player start" switches (or any switch, but the "start" works best because the game ignores it unless there are coins in the game) during the reset and you get a nice "stuck switch" error. PS: It fixes itself, don't worry about being yelled at for breaking the game.
