Halo 2 - Lucky 7
If you noticed,there are many 7s in the game.
1.There are 7 halos
2.Cairo Station and In Amber Clad {the ship that gets you to Delta Halo} have the number 142 on them . That adds up to 7.
3.Pentinent Tangent has the number 2401.
That adds up again to 7.
4.There are 7 types of Covenant.
5.There are 7 gametypes.
6.Cortana,Arbiter and Johnson have 7 letters.
7. There are 7 Arbiter levels{The Heretic,The Arbiter,Oracle,Sacred Icon,Quarentine Zone,Uprising,The Great Journey.}
8.In Outskirts there is a 7 by the "I would have your daddy" skull.
Bungie has a obession with it. Strange huh?

Most all of the games that are made by Bungie have somthing to do with the number 7. Also, every halo has a number, and every moniter of it has a number also (like 343 Guilty Spark is the moniter of Installation 04, 2401 Penitent Tangent is moniter of 05) take 7 and put it to the power of the Installation number 1 below it you get the moniters numbers: For instance: 7 to the 3rd power (7x7x7) = 343, 7 to the 4th power (7x7x7x7) = 2410. So that means that these are the numbers of the moniters: Installation 01 = 1, 02 = 7, 03 = 49, 04 = 343 (Guilty Spark), 05 = 2401 (Penitent Tangent), 06 = 16807, 07 = 117649 (Master Chief's number is 117). Also about I Would Have Been Your Daddy skull, it only appears once out of every 7 times you try to get, (That's what the 7 next to it indicates)

Also, in the last cinematic scene in Halo 2 you game see a light number 7 on Miranda's cheek, and the pistol in Halo: Combat Evolved has the japanese symbol for 7 engraved on the top.

yeah and in the multiplayer level containment there are 7 explosive barrels. also in elongation there are 7 boxes on each conveyer belt at a time after it fills up.

there is them bug ones that fly, and i dont think engineers are included because this is about the game not the book.

The 7th Cov. is the Engineer. It isn't used in the game but if you look at the 343 spark report in the game case (i have limited edition, i don't know if it is in the normal one) the engineer is listed.

There are actually eight types of covenant: Grunts, Jackals, Drones, Hunters, Elites, Brutes, Prophets, and the Engineers from one of the novels.
