Insert Disc 2: Special Features. Highlight "The Borg Collective" and press Enter. Highlight "Main Menu" and press Left. A circle on the left side of the screen will be highlighted. Press Enter.

You will see storyboards and polaroids that make up early work on the visual effects used to show the Borg Queen's death. Note that this information is in addition to what's shown in the "Scene Deconstruction" section, which focuses more on the CG work that was done to complete the effect.
