go to the part where the rebels break into the shield bunker. they enter the control room and tell everyone to leave. most of them do. an imperial officer or something will jump out from behind a wall and shout "FREEZE!" Han Solo will throw a box at this guy and he will fall into the shield bunker power generator. if you listen to the commentary, Ben Burtt, the sound designer for all 6 films, reveals that this guy is him.
