This one is an easy one,
1. Go to the special features section of the DVD.
2. Hilight the very first option.
3. Then push left on your remote control.
4. This will hilight a blue key, then press the enter button.
This will show you David Lynch's 10 tips to understanding the film, and after watching it, you will need all the help that you can get.
