X-Files Easter Egg - Identification Codes

In the episode E.B.E. (first season, if I remember correctly), Mulder asks Langly over the phone from some identification numbers to get into this complex building thing. The next scene shows the numbers being printed out, and the names attached the numbers are Tom Braidwood and Val Steffof. Tom Braidwood is first assistant director and plays Frohike, and Val Steffof...works there. I honestly can't claim to know who he or she is, but I saw his or her names in the credits of an episode once, and I just dug through one and he or she wasn't in the credits (for the episode Fallen Angel is that helps).
