Star Wars Episode I - The Phantom Menace Easter Egg - Making of the Podrace Video
Insert Disc 2 and select "Deleted Scenes and Documentaries".
From that menu, select "Deleted Scenes Only". Select "Complete Podrace Grid Sequence".
On that page, highlight the Documentary menu and press "right' on your remote.
You'll see a small highlighted box.
Press "enter" on your remote.
Enjoy.
