Turn on "Console Mode" in the Options menu of the game. While playing, bring up the console and type any of the following codes:

god : God Mode
wuss : All Weapons
noclip : No Clipping Mode
health # : Set Health to # (100=Full)
notarget : Invisibility
give all : All Weapons and Ammo
cg_cameradist -45 : First Person View
cg_cameradist 128 : Normal View
give [item name] : Give Item [item name] (See below for list of Item Names)
map [map name] : Jump to Map [map name] (See below for list of Map Names)
