Out Of Sight Easter Egg - Ray Gets Around

If you notice in the movie "Out Of Sight," Michael Keaton appears in the movie unbilled as a character named Ray Nicolette, He also appears in Jackie Brown as the same character, and the same occupation.

weren't both stories written by Elmore Leonard? That would explain why the character name is the same; hell, it might be the same character. Chili Palmer from Get Shorty appears in other Leonard books.

Ray doesn't have the same occupation in Jackie Brown as he does in Out of Sight. In Jackie Brown he's with the ATF, and in Out of Sight he is FBI. In one of the movies I believe he states something about a career change, I don't remember which.

It was in Out of Sight that the chick tells her father Ray changed from the ATF to the FBI...
