Sonic CD (Windows 95) Easter Egg - Extra Menu Options

Okay, so this is not technically an egg, more like a developer's menu. However, I figured this would be a good place for it as it lets you do quite a bit of stuff.

Locate the file named 'SONIC.INI' in your Windows directory and open it in any editor. Add the following lines in this file

[Secret]
User=Debugger

Then done, just launch the Sonic CD and look at your menu. There are 2 more options there!
