In the music-video "Ooops... I did it again" with Britney Spears, there´s an astronaut, who givs Britney a blue stone.
The voice of the austronaut is from Max Martin, the songwriter.

Another fact about this video, is that when Britney first tried on her cat suit, she thought her breasts looked really small. So during the whole video those were fake boobs. And acually while they were filming one boob was hanging loose. Too bad that part got edited out from the video.

During the shoot it got very hot, so the second half of the video Britney isn't wearing anything underneath her cat suit. In other words she's totally naked underneath, no panties, nothing!!! it's no egg but it's nice to know :) (I got this from a TV magazine)

The blue heart that the actor in the video gave to Britney Spears was not the actual Heart of the Ocean used in the movie "Titanic," it was just a replica. And this isn't really an egg anyway, because in the Making of the Video on MTV, Britney, or someone, mentions the reference to Titanic.
